While working at SLR, Oliver supported Wirral Growth Company’s hybrid planning application for a retail led mixed-use development on land to the east of Pasture Road in Moreton Town Centre, with a new Lidl food store in detail and up to 46 family homes and a 75-bed extra care facility in outline.

While working at SLR, Phil supported Land Securities gain planning consent for two development proposals at Blackpool Retail Park located off Squires Gate Lane, which were a new Iceland Food Warehouse store and a Costa Coffee shop and drive thru unit.
