While working at SLR, Phil supported a number of clients with schemes for both new roadside digital advertising sites or digital upgrades to existing billboard adverts. His work typically included undertaking Highway Safety Assessment reports to support advertising applications by clients, as well as the preparation of appeal statements to support written representation appeals.

Carrington, Trafford
New Carrington, Carrington, Trafford – Oliver played a significant role in supporting Wain Estates in the promotion of the New Carrington allocation in Trafford for a number of years while at SLR. It is an allocation within the Greater Manchester Places for Everyone Development Plan, with aspirations to provide up to 5,000 residential units and 350,000sqm of employment space.
