While working at SLR, Oliver supported Bruntwood SciTech’s detailed planning application for the redevelopment of Melbourn Science Park in Cambridge, comprising circa 46,000 sqm of new floorspace to deliver world class laboratory and coworking space, along with office space for science and technology businesses.

While working at SLR, Phil supported Tritax Symmetry gain hybrid planning consent for the redevelopment of the former Cronton Colliery in Knowsley, close to the M62 Junction 6, to provide up to 1,000,000sq.ft of industrial and logistics floorspace. The site forms part of the Halsnead Garden Village that is allocated in the Knowsley Local Plan.
